I think it is okay to have sex when you are capable of handling the responsibilities of a child and being able to pay for all the necessities for a child. If you can do that at a young age, then go for it!
I think That having sex at a early age is a big step if you beleive it or not. You and the person you are going to have sex with have to be ready for it. But if you both are ready for it then go for it. But only have sex the rite way rite now while you're young. Use protection so you won't mess up your life at a early Age because you don't want to become a father just yet... But if u use protection THEN YEA Y NOT?!?!?!
